Securitize launched 12 U.S. stock entitlement tokens on Solana, backed 1:1 by shares and available to eligible investors through regulated infrastructure.

AI iconSummary

Securitize has launched entitlement tokens for 12 U.S. stocks on Solana. Each token is backed one for one by an underlying share, while access remains subject to investor eligibility, onboarding and securities rules.

Securitize has launched onchain security entitlements for 12 U.S. stocks on Solana, giving eligible investors a regulated route to blockchain-based equity exposure. The initial list covers Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Tesla, Meta, Amazon, Netflix, Circle, SpaceX, Strategy and Palantir.

The product launched through Securitize’s registered broker-dealer platform, with transactions settling in USDC. Trading begins during extended market hours, while round-the-clock access remains a planned feature rather than a current guarantee.

What the 1:1 structure means

Each token is backed by one underlying share and represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8. The structure is designed to pass through applicable economic benefits, including dividends and voting rights when the underlying share class provides them. The backing shares will not be lent out.

There is an important ownership distinction. Token holders are not automatically listed as registered shareholders on the issuer’s books. Where conversion is available, an eligible holder can convert the entitlement into a directly registered share through transfer-agent arrangements. Readers can follow wider tokenization developments in the OrangeX.com news hub.

Access, settlement and market limits

The tokens launch on Solana and settle in USDC. Access is limited to eligible investors in permitted jurisdictions and requires onboarding, identity checks and compliance with applicable securities and sanctions rules. Availability therefore varies by country and investor status.

The initial 12 assets are AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, GOOG, TSLA, META, AMZN, NFLX, CRCL, SPCX, MSTR and PLTR entitlements. They are separate from the issuers’ exchange-listed shares, and the underlying companies have not necessarily sponsored or endorsed the tokens. Background on blockchain settlement and tokenized assets is available through the OrangeX.com Academy.

What changes next

The launch connects regulated brokerage, clearing, custody, transfer-agency processes and onchain settlement. Securitize says supported lending and collateral uses may be added over time, but those integrations should be treated as future development until they are live.

Additional 24/7 tokenized-securities venues have also been proposed. Those venues have not launched, and any listing would remain subject to regulatory approval, operational readiness and venue review. Investors monitoring the network itself can consult the verified SOL/USDT spot market on OrangeX.com, while recognizing that the stock entitlements are securities products rather than SOL tokens.

OrangeX.com Analysis

The launch matters because it combines one-for-one share backing with regulated distribution and public-blockchain settlement. That is a more concrete model than a synthetic token that only tracks a stock’s price. Still, the legal form is a security entitlement, and direct shareholder registration requires a separate conversion where available.

The strongest adoption signals will be sustained liquidity, reliable dividend and voting-rights processing, transparent reserve and custody reporting, and broader issuer participation. Planned 24/7 trading and DeFi utility could expand use, but they remain execution milestones rather than completed features.
